Hyfe, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to join our Research Operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in digital health and clinical research while contributing to cutting-edge studies in respiratory health.

Your Mission

As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will support the delivery of Hyfe’s AI-powered cough-monitoring services in pharmaceutical and academic studies. You´ll also get involved in executing studies of Hyfe´s technology, working directly with patients. Collaborating closely with the whole Research team, you’ll help ensure smooth study execution, regulatory compliance, and participant support, all while learning and growing in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with study start-up activities, including preparing training and site documentation
• Support our research partners´ IRB/ethics submissions and regulatory documentation under guidance
• Provide technical and operational “helpdesk” support during studies
• Attend meetings with academic and industry sponsors, including SIVs and Investigator Meetings
• Study delivery, including recruiting and consenting patients alongside the research team
• Problem solve operational and logistical solutions alongside the research team
• Meet strict study deadlines
• Maintain study trackers and documentation with high attention to detail
• Identify areas for improving Hyfe´s products & services for research

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in any subject
• 1–3 years of experience in clinical research, academic studies, or healthcare settings
• Familiarity with GCP (Good Clinical Practice); certification preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn in a startup environment
