Barbara is a Clinical Research Coordinator who supports study sites from set-up to close-out. Her background in respiratory and intensive care nursing, and in respiratory research, gives her a clear view of what it takes to run a trial well and what makes a real difference for patients. At Hyfe, she draws on that experience to help sponsors and sites use cough monitoring to better understand and treat respiratory disease. She recently moved back to Portugal, her home country, after over a decade living and working in the UK. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym, spending time with family and friends, and planning her next adventure.
